All applications are submitted online via our online application portal, DecisionLender. Dealer representatives that you designate will receive log-in credentials and step-by-step directions on how to submit applications. Watch a video tutorial here.

Ironhorse Funding only accepts applications in DecisionLender. DecisionLender does have capability to accept applications via Dealertrack, RouteOne, and Revvable. Ask your sales representative for more info.

In DecisionLender, you can access the status of an application by opening the application and viewing the information area highlighted below.

Yes, we require Comp & Collision with a max deductible of $1,000.

We reference J.D. Power for all valuations.

All stipulations and funding packages can be uploaded directly into DecisionLender. Once the customer signs the contract, upload all the required documentation into DecisionLender and our funding team will process it.

Customers can obtain a payoff quote in the customer portal. Dealers and customers can obtain a payoff quote by calling (978) 993-7077 x6202 or emailing a request to payments@ironhorsefunding.com.
